Places
Spatial requirements of buildings and the built environment are a key issue in the success of an organization because this space has to house all other activities that will help achieve it’s objectives. Space can have a tremendous impact on the health of individuals, affecting quality, function and speed of the work, being an important aspect of business performance, although intangible, and of life. It can also have a significant impact on the costs of supporting the activity performed in it. The healthier the place, the easier the way towards the expected results. Thoughtful space planning can affect simpler and faster change, leverage the value of real estate, and improve the financial profile of a business. In a changing economy and globalization, space also needs to change, in order to adapt and be adequate to this new reality. Mosto of all, space resulting from projects needs to be sustainable.

While the total workplace consists of a combination of several attributes, the space exists only as the forum in which activities are done. We apply proven project planning and management methods and are constantly researching ways to improve them.

By working closely with our clients, we can determine objectives, as well as performance measures and standards. These will be employed throughout the project, in order to serve the clients best interests, delivering total value and balancing cost, speed and quality goals, within a holistic working process, integrating all parties involved. IT, communication and methodology are the key to the success of any project. Our job is to create solutions and meet challenges of projects, and this process is based on a tripod: - comprehension of technology, - constant and effective communication with all parties involved - employing proven and flexible methodology. With technology being dominant, a major issue and increasingly a sine qua non condition is flexibility, being the keyword for methodology and space. In Project Management it refers to the ability to quickly respond to special and unique requirements from our clients.

Cooperation is a requirement for all organizations that want to act fast and more effectively. Developing partnerships with local general contractors, constructors, vendors, architects, engineers and designers, furniture dealers, movers and other suppliers, IT and hospitality solution providers, and suppliers of supporting activities for business start-ups, as well as Research Centers and Universities, ensures that we can respond quickly to our client’s needs and come up with the best solution for each particular issue. Through our international partnerships we can provide you with the global services needed, taking care of your projects in different locations.
