Commissioning Authority. Mechanical Engineer graduated at the University of Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS, with specialization courses in System Design, HVAC design and project management, Low voltage commands and protection systems, system design and implementation, Situational leadership, Project Management, Quality Systems Management, Digital Communication Systems, Project Planning and Management, most of which done in-Company at Carrier, Trane, Siemens, Copperweld, Hersey Blanchard, Vicente Falconi, Telebras, SAP-CRT. Wolney is an experienced professional, specialized both in design, implementation and supervision of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Energy Systems, with a long experience in commissioning these systems along the years, including some experience in supervising civil works. He started his career at the Companhia Rio Grandense de Telecomunicações, Brasil Telecom after privatization. He also worked as HVAC, Plumbing ad Energy designer for Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal and other commercial and residencial clients, before starting consulting activities in 2003, when founding Conceito Técnico. Consulting activities are concentrated in all areas mentioned above, with a focus now on LEED and ASHRAE Commissioning, e.g. SAP Labs Building in São Leopoldo – Rio Grande do Sul. Language: Portuguese, English, basic Spanish.
