Services Overview

This unit manages all details retaled to the implementation of a project, no matter the scale. The project management team dedicated to each project depends on the size and complexity of each case. This unit has two main cores:

• one dedicated to construction administration and
• one dedicated to relocation management.

All services can be applied to both areas (project management, project coordination, strategic move logistics, on-site supervision, contract management, regulatory management and budgeting & scheduling) are supporting areas to the main cores, whenever required.
