The first project was the renewal of the old office. This had the complicating factor that all work was carried out while the company was in full operations. Thus, this was done in 4 phases to make the whole project feasible. The whole interior design was adapted to CA standards. Furniture was also changed to standard. New millwork was installed, the space plan was changed, and the facilities were renovated. The total project implementation time was of 1 month, for an area of 250 square meters.
