We started working on a restructuring proposal for the São Paulo office, with the objective of using space in a rational and more efficient way. This client required a Workplace Change Management Project to meet the organization?s new needs as a result of the Company?s new structure. Therefore the client requested a study that could serve as the basis for the strategic decision making process regarding space usage and business strategy. At the time the Company occupies 4 floors in the building object of this study. The study took into account two forms of reorganization on the work space, using existing furniture. This resulted in a space saving corresponding to half a floor and an entire floor respectively, which brings significant cost savings on fixed costs for the company. The existing standards and identity were maintained to be cost effective. The project area was of 1.800 square meters on 4 floors.
