Unibanco is one of the largest Brazilian private banks, with more than 80 years of history and activity in the market. The Bank is present in every segment of the financial market, offering a broad and complete range of services to a diversified customer base.

We were asked to set up a decompression room in one of the largest call centers in São Paulo to give attendants a space they could use to relax and un-stress during the short breaks. The idea was setting up an oriental space with tatamis, cushions and easy seating, so people could relax, feel at home and spend sometime in a space with dimmed light. The fountain in the oriental garden supplies the background sound. The veils give a Middle Eastern touch of a tent concept, also part of Mongolian culture. Observation has shown the space is continuously being used.
